Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, etc) and/or Queer (LGBTQ+ community) Adults wanting a safe space to decompress after a long, hard day of masking (or just navigating hard days in general) and need some TLC (Tender Loving Care).
This channel is the place you escape to in order to feel seen, heard, motivated, and validated as well as feel cozy, comforted, emotionally regulated, and at ease. Put all your worries from the day aside as you sit back, relax with your drink of choice (one of em should be water!!), and show up as you are without judgement.
