Elle and Toni are indie folk musicians who write and cover americana, folk, traditional folk, and folk rock music. Elle started this channel in 2007, sharing original songs and pop covers. 2011 she began collaborating with Toni Lindgren, who is the lead guitarist on all four of the studio albums released by the duo under the former Reina del Cid moniker. In 2025 the duo launched a new series called Full Moon Tunes where they post a song on each full moon. Their previous video series "Sunday Mornings with Reina del Cid" ran from 2014 to 2024 and featured a rotating cast of bandmates, special guests, and occasional random bystanders. Lovely. I had to listen a few times. When this album first came out, my friends and I would sit and listen and pass the pipe around. This song was the dream. Now we're grandparents. It takes me back to those friends in the circle. Some who are still with us and some who are not. Thanks for keeping the song alive.

My Dad (who passed in 2009) would regularly play the album Loggins & Messina - Best of Friends. This song among others we would sing together on long road trips. Cherish the simple things that humanity offers
