Hi and welcome to "Taste Panel for Chili Nerds" The show is so titled because I work in The Beer Industry and Poke Fun at the Ever Present "Beer Geek" Culture. Now I Find Myself Emulating Them - Only with Hot Sauce :) I Started out Goofing Around With a Three Quarters Empty Bottle of " Naga Soreass" Sauce and nearly Sixty Episodes later it has become a "Serious" Hobby. It is an Outlet to mix my Greatest Love, Jesus Christ, with my Interest in Hot Sauces the World Over. I'm Not a Daredevil out for Thrills, all styles of Hot Sauce are welcome For Review.
