Welcome to the official channel station of STV, otherwise known as Social Television! STV, in conjunction with YouTube and Google, is an American and Canadian public free-to-air social media broadcast television network of separate recreation companies providing regionally-statewide social television services and also sharing user videos and programs between each other to be transmitted on the entire YouTube community network, with each franchise originally owned by a different company or subsidiary.

Originally launched in 2005 to alternate and subside in division with the official services of the YouTube organization, the STV network is best known as the Internet's first social commercial network available on the platform. In legal accordance from the Social Television Authority Act, it is currently referred as the "Fifth Channel" amongst with the regular allocations of the other spare channels during the time—YouTube-One, YouTube-Two, Channel 3/J4C, and all self-made user accounts.
