Q: What programs/apps do you use to animate?
A: On my PC, I use After Effects and Premiere Pro. Some awesome (and definitely cheaper) alternatives are Filmora and DaVinci studios. On mobile, I use Alight Motion, Flipaclip, and Videostar. Videostar is only on iOS but a good alternative is CuteCut Pro.
Q: What programs/apps do you use to draw?
A: On my PC, I use Clip Studio and FireAlpaca. CSP is pretty pricy, so FireAlpaca and Krita are great free options. On mobile, I use ibisPaint (ibisPaint X is a great alternative) and Procreate.
Q: How did you learn how to animate?
A: I probably couldn’t tell you how many tutorials I’ve watched over the years. I consider myself self-taught, but the internet is an awesome tool to utilize when you’re learning. I may even make tutorials myself in the future.
Q: What devices do you use?
A: I use an iPad Pro 12.9in, an Apple Pencil, and a Windows 10 PC (32GB of RAM).
