A SAHM to two amazing kiddos. My daughter and son are both autistic. recently I've been having back and neck pain and issues that I'm trying to heal or at least lessen the pain from.
Why the name painfully determined. I'm determined to heal myself of this pain and to live my life with my little family I love so much.
I want to share what I'm going through to hopefully help others that are also going through the same thing.
and hopefully others will share what had worked for them so we can heal together 😊
