"NOVA Training" is founded by a psychiatry specialist, Dr. Chan Kwok Tung, who had been practising in Hong Kong for almost 20 years.
"NOVA Training" is established to promote awareness and tactics of sustaining mental health in order to prevent mental illness. Through the construction of optimistic thinking using Positive Psychology, we help individuals to identify their inherent strengths and achieve competitive advantage.
