Description

I had reached a weight that was unsustainable and decided it was time for a change. The first change was to begin cycling for weight loss. I fell in love with the sport. I recently completed my first 50 mile event and have some big plans in the future.

Next was a close friend that was doing search and recovery diving. I decided that I needed to help in some fashion. So I went out and became an open water diver. This quickly became another passion of mine.

This channel is a way to share my experiences with cycling and scuba. Thus, the creation of Ride or Dive
