Welcome on my classical guitar channel.
My name is Ruud van den Berg.
I live in The Netherlands, in Amsterdam.
I was raised as a psychologist,
but nowadays my heart lies in music.
As an amateur guitarist I like to play
(to my taste) beautiful pieces
that mostly won't reach the concert stage,
but certainly are worthwhile playing (and hopefully listening to).
I especially like Renaissance and Baroque music,
South American music and (guitar) music
with a strong melodic, nostalgic, romantic quality.
