I’m Nik Mitchell, and this is Get Wild—adventure, education, and environmental action.
Based in the UK, I am here to show that the Great Outdoors is a living world that needs our protection. I share my journey to educate and inspire you to campaign for the environment and learn how to care for wildlife and the planet.
Get Wild is where nature meets adrenaline. Peregrines and swifts are amongst many conservation projects I carry out, alongside monitoring how beavers engineer our ecosystems. Between wildlife encounters, I’m exploring the UK landscape on my motorbike, by foot, rock climbing, or tunneling to discover the unseen. Whether on my skateboard or identifying native plants and mammals, I share the beauty of our enviroment. I believe that through education, we can create a wilder future. Join me as I document the British wilderness and more and fight for its survival.
