Hi! A note about the 'Through the Looking Glass' game - I see it cited as being an Apple Lisa compatible game, but I cannot find any reference to anyone running it under the actual Lisa OS. I'm wondering if it only runs on a Lisa using Macworks.

It freakin' works!

Since I used to fix Lisas as part of my job as Service Manager for an Apple dealer in Edmonton, I'm smiling seeing you and Adrian both working on Lisas!

For the first 9 months of the Macintosh's existence, you HAD to have a Lisa with the Programmer's Workshop and the Macintosh Application Libraries to write new Macintosh applications in Pascal, if you didn't want to use the Apple Macintosh Macro Assembler...
gordonbrandly4352 (31 minutes ago)
For those wondering about the Lisa's multitasking, I can confirm it was cooperative. You had to sprinkle many "Yield" calls in your apps to keep them responsive.

5:35, little sidebar, Twiggy was basically the Cindy Crawford of the 1970s-early 80s. If you've watched the movie, The Blues Brothers, near the mid-end of the movie, when they run out of gas before going to the gig, they end up at a gas station waiting on the fuel delivery. Elwood (Akroyd) talks to this girl and pretends to fill up her sports car... THAT is Twiggy.

Somehow I read “will it run Doom” at a glance of the thumbnail . Now that’d be awesome.

This was fun watching, thank you. I didn't know the Lisa was so slow.

The Fileware drive's origins go all the way back to 1978.

You really need to watch David Greelish’s Excellent Documentary “Before Macintosh: The Apple Lisa” there is an interview in there where they talk more about the great Lisa Destruction
