Drawing inspiration from iconic 80s groups such as Chic, Slave, Aurra, One Way, Sos Band, Change, Lakeside, and Skyy, etc ... he also channels the raw energy of 70s funk and the aesthetics of 80s hip-hop to build a distinctive and dance-driven musical identity.

Writing, arranging, and performing all of his own material, Funk Lab creates deep grooves, infectious bass lines, and melodies that pay tribute to the golden era of funk while pushing it into new territory.
