THE WALRUS RESISTS // FRENCH METAL BAND
The Walrus Resists is a Metal band from Montpellier, offering a powerful and chaotic music, influenced by bands like Meshuggah, Mastodon, Gojira or Tool. After two demos in 2006 ("Walrus Resist") and 2008 ("Ysaereh"), the band released their first album "Staring From The Abyss", mastered by Brett at Tower Studio (Hypno5e, Xerath ), in 2009. The Walrus Resists played with bands like Hypno5e, Ultra Vomit, Blazing War Machine or Betraying The Martyrs. In 2016 released a second album, "The Face Of Heaven", then "Sons Of Gehenna" in 2019.
Now, after a covid hibernation, The Walrus Resists returns with a new production, J.Murdoch Odyssey, a concept EP that follows one man's madness through a space expedition, fleeing a desolate Earth.
