Description

Charldeon was only 14 years old when he started making music in 2020. Inspired by Alan Walker’s captivating electronic music, he learned how to produce by recreating his songs in FL Studio using only the stock plugins available. His first upload on YouTube was a remix of Rachel Platten’s 'Fight Song' in May 2020. He continued to pursue his talent, making more remixes until he published his first song 'Calm Days' in July.

He also utilizes his video editing skills to make memes of Alan Walker and Rick Astley, which gained popularity and changed his career. One big moment was when he remixed 'Running Out Of Roses' by Alan Walker in less than a day, receiving a lot of views and growing his channel. He pursued other music styles starting with 'Different', which is still his favorite production to date.

Things took a turn when he discovered Porter Robinson, changing how he made music. He no longer wants to make what classifies as generic EDM, but he wants to make something that stands out from what his audience expects. This however led to him posting less music in his main channel, with the 2-year gap between his 'World We Used To Know' and 'Thick Of It All' remixes. But it was necessary for him to go for quality over quantity.

Making music isn’t serious however for his other channel 'notcharldeon', where he posts remixes more frequently without caring much about production quality. Nowadays, he makes music for fun while also aiming to release a well-produced EDM album someday.
