Metal detecting & treasure hunting in the Yorkshire Dales UK.
We are two mates, going metal detecting around the Yorkshire Dales using affordable detectors.
No ploughed fields around here, so anything we find is well deserved.
We have a Tesoro Vaquero and an ancient Pillar Reale.
They may not be quite as good as the £1000+ whistles and bells ones you can buy these days but we are doing it on a budget and usually the best stuff is in the top 6" anyway.
It's fun, It gets us out of our houses and into some of the most beautiful countryside in the world.
