I'm Mel - a 46 year old Australian woman living somewhere between chaos and calm, and finally making peace with that.

🤍 Heart - family, friendships, community and the relationships that hold us together
💪 Body - my healthy weight and perimenopause journey, movement, mental health and actually living in this body
🌀 Soul - the rhythms, systems and values that keep me from completely losing the plot
I'm not here to show you a perfect life. I'm here to show you a real one - and hopefully remind you that progress over perfection is enough.
