Ghost Hunters is a pioneering paranormal reality series starring Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson founders of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) that they founded in 1990, and Steve Gonsalves. Debuting in 2004, the show follows the team as they hunt for supernatural phenomena in reputedly haunted locations across the U.S.- and even abroad. Blending suspenseful storytelling with investigative methods, the series helped launch the genre of paranormal TV and has spanned numerous seasons and revivals on several top TV networks. Ghost Hunters follows these real-life researchers as they encounter every type of imaginable haunting. This groundbreaking series went on to film 16 seasons and even spawned spinoffs like Ghost Hunters International and Ghost Hunters Academy.
