Hi, I’m Michelle — mum of four, life & health coach, professional organiser, former corporate girl, and founder of a shapewear brand I ran for 17 years.

Now I’m all in on Zesty Girl — a space for overextended women like me who are ready to simplify their homes, reset routines, and reconnect with the version of themselves they’ve been putting off.

I’ve always lived with love and presence. Even when my home felt chaotic, I found ways to make it work — and to keep things light, real, and joyful.
